McCormick Consulting worked with staff on three projects over 19 months. We immediately secured a training grant, allowing the Company to upskill 100 current employees and 50 anticipated new hires. We then to work on a business expansion – both process and physical location. We continue to work with the Company, ensuring compliance, maximum return on investment, staff training and development and a watchful eye for new opportunities. The Company has received more than $10M in negotiated grants and incentives. During the 19 months of “heavy lifting” consulting fees amounted to $15,000.

Client: A 17-company manufacturing group in the automotive arena.

McCormick Consulting has worked with this Company, as needed, for nine years. We have helped this Company negotiate expansions in several midwestern states, secure training grants and hiring incentives to upskill hundreds of employees, negotiate and secure power to increase capacity and offset machinery and equipment. The Company, over nine years, has received more than $150M in grants and incentives.

Client: An eight-company manufacturing group in the automotive arena.

McCormick Consulting worked with staff on several projects over 24 months. We first helped the Company position themselves well to negotiate growth and development. With our best foot forward, we evaluated several opportunities in the mid-west and Southeast regions of the United States for best growth support. McCormick Consulting assisted the Company in securing its best opportunity for expansion in North Carolina. Meanwhile, we secured a training grant covering costs of 24 employees. The Company received more than $350,000 in negotiated grants and incentives. During the 24 months of “heavy lifting” consulting fees amounted to less than $20,000.

Client: A small prototype and production tool & die company. 

McCormick Consulting has worked with this Company for nine months. The Company sought to expand in one of two states. Once a location was negotiated, we secured local, state and federal grants and incentives to offset the cost of expansion, machinery & equipment and job creation. We have also secured grants and incentives for personal protective equipment, employee training and development, real property improvements, procurement, and exporting. The Company has received more than $330,000 in negotiated grants and incentives. During the nine months we’ve worked together, consulting fees amounted to less than $20,000.
